Y otro día mas volvemos a nuestras casas a cenar y a descansar. ¡¡¡¡¡HASTA MAÑANA!!!!!

THE FIRST DAY
On Tuesday when i first got to SaFa i had a spanish lesson with Silvia and some of the other english students who are learning spanish and it was very good and i learn a lot more than i already new about food. After we went into the town and had to answer a question sheet we had been given about restaurants, hotels and shopping. At 14:30 i went back to our host parteners and then we walked back to school ready for the 'gymkana', i enjoyed gymkana as we were all as a big group.
primer contacto.
Y
aquí comienza nuestra experiencia.

An english Experience
We were all very excited when we arrived on Friday night and saw all the SAFA students waiting outside for us. We were warming welcomed by everyone. After meeting our exchange partner we headed for the sweet shop and then the city centre! Straight away everyone got along great! It felt like we had known it other for years.
Breakfast was very different to in England. I found a bowl of hot milk in front of myself, as I do in England I poured some cereal in. Then I saw Paula drinking the milk. I then realised what I was supposed to do! Just like in England it was raining on Saturday so when we were given the task to walk around the city and fill in some questions, no one was very enthusiastic. We set off in small groups and as expected we finished in one big group. I think Burgos is a very beautiful city, and every time we were told it is a small city, we thought to ourselves; wait until you come to Bury, it is tiny compared to Burgos! Paula and her family took me out for lunch at Picasso; it was really interesting to talk to them (in spanish!) even though sometimes I had no idea what they were saying, the food was also really tasty. Saturday night was rather dramatic when we were all in the city centre!
In Spain, lunch and dinner is at very different times to in England. This was hard to adapt to with feeling very hungry at 1 o´clock and then having not 1 but 3 courses at 3:30pm. Bowling on Sunday was really fun even though Edurne and I were really bad! Afterwards, we all went to Burger King. Yes; we came to Spain and we ended up in Burger King!
As our trip was 2 days shorter, Monday was our first experiences at school. We had a tour and the differences with KES was very noticable. Later we were taught how to play Padal which I had never played before so it was very fun, even though we didnt play properly!
The whole trip was amzing and has given us lots of opportunities to try new things, i have enjoyed it alot and cannot wait for them all to come to England!

Primeras Actividades e Impresiones
